Quay is passionate about artists, and we realize the entertainment industry is a scary place. We are often asked for advice from novice artists about how to navigate the waters. We have developed a large network of trusted professionals in all areas of entertainment who also like to nurture young careers, and have taken that collective knowledge and experience to form Quay MIC.
If your preference is to work behind the scenes, it can be just as difficult to break into the business as it is for new talent. There are a limited number of available positions and numerous qualified candidates for those jobs. Once in, staying relevant and advancing your career can be just as challenging. There are many real-world aspects to navigating the waters of the entertainment industry that just are not taught in school.
